Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 14th October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Seven Branded collects, why we collect it, how we look after it and what rights you have. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to run our business and answer your enquiries, and we never sell your data.

1. Who We Are

Seven Branded is a trading name of Seven Branded Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15767150. Our registered office is 3 Foxglove Close, Wednesfield, Wolverhampton, WV11 3UE.

We’re the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

For any question about this policy or your data, email [email protected] or call 01902 239 470.

2. What is policy covers

This policy covers personal data we collect through sevenbranded.com, by email and phone, on social media, and when we work with you as a client or supplier.

When we build, host or manage websites, social media or advertising for clients, we may also handle personal data on their behalf, such as enquiries submitted through a client’s website. In that case the client is the controller and their own privacy policy applies. Our role is set out in our terms and conditions.

3. What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, business name, email address, phone number and job title
  • Enquiry details: what you tell us in forms, emails, calls and messages about your project or business
  • Client and billing records: contracts, invoices, payment records and project correspondence
  • Account access: logins you give us to deliver services, such as website, hosting or Google Business Profile access, stored securely and removed when no longer needed
  • Website usage: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and how you arrived, collected through cookies and analytics where you’ve allowed them
  • Advertising data: if you accept marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel records your visit and actions on our site, such as pages viewed and forms submitted, so we can measure and target our Facebook and Instagram adverts

We don’t knowingly collect special category data, such as health information, and we ask you not to send it to us.

4. How we use your data, and our lawful basis

UK data protection law requires a lawful basis for each use of your data. Ours are:

What we do

Lawful basis

Reply to enquiries and prepare quotes

Legitimate interests (responding to people who contact us), or steps before a contract at your request

Legal obligation

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we’ve weighed our interests against your rights and only proceed where they don’t override them. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and don’t need consent. Analytics and any marketing cookies only run if you accept them through our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in our footer.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. It’s configured to collect usage data rather than your name or contact details. We also use the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram adverts and show them to people who’ve visited our site. For the data the pixel collects, Meta and Seven Branded act as joint controllers, and Meta’s own privacy policy explains how Meta uses it. Our cookie banner lists each cookie and what it does.

6. Marketing

We don’t run a newsletter or send bulk marketing emails. If that changes, we’ll update this policy first, and we’ll only email you if you’ve opted in, or if you’re a client or have asked us for a quote and we’re telling you about similar services of our own. You can object to marketing at any time by emailing [email protected].

7. Who we share your data with

We never sell your data. We share it only with trusted suppliers who help us run the business, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions. These include:

  • website hosting and maintenance providers
  • email, file storage and office software providers
  • website analytics, form and advertising providers, including Google and Meta
  • accounting software and our accountants
  • print and delivery partners, where you’ve ordered printed work
  • professional advisers, such as lawyers and insurers, where needed

We may also share data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute. If Seven Branded is ever sold or restructured, data may transfer to the new owner under the same protections.

8. International Transfers

Our website is hosted on servers in the UK. Some of our other suppliers, including Google and Meta, may process data outside the UK, particularly in the United States. Where this happens, we make sure the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or an equivalent safeguard recognised under UK law.

9. How long we keep your data

10. How we protect your data

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections on our website, access limited to people who need it, multi-factor authentication on key accounts, password managers for client credentials, and regular software updates. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your data in a way that puts you at risk, we’ll tell you and the ICO as the law requires.

11. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • correct data that’s inaccurate or incomplete
  • erase your data in certain circumstances
  • restrict how we use your data in certain circumstances
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time
  • data portability, receiving data you gave us in a reusable format where we rely on consent or contract
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. It’s free, and we’ll respond within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first.

12. Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

13. Links and social media

Our website links to other sites and to our social media profiles. We’re not responsible for how those sites handle your data, so please read their privacy policies. When you interact with us on social media, the platform’s own privacy policy also applies. We’ll never ask for sensitive information through social media.

14. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

15. Changes to policy

We’ll update this policy when our practices or the law change. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
