A new website for The Roll Room in Wolverhampton city centre, offering non invasive body roll and infrared treatments for body sculpting and recovery. The site needed to explain a new kind of treatment simply and get visitors booked in.
The Roll Room offers something many people haven’t tried before: contact free lymphatic drainage massage using infrared heated body roll machines. They needed a website that explained the treatments and their benefits, built confidence, and made booking a session as easy as possible.
The challenge was an unfamiliar service. When people don’t yet know what a treatment involves, the site has to answer that quickly and keep the next step obvious.
We started with the first question every new client asks: what is it, and what will it do for me? That shaped two decisions.
Explain the benefits, clearly and separately.
Body Roll and InfraRed each get their own benefits list, so visitors understand both treatments without wading through long copy.
