A new website for No 1 Property Source, which sources, refurbishes and manages properties for company lets, social and supported housing across the UK. The site needed to speak to landlords and investors who want reliable income without the day to day work.
No 1 Property Source offers a fully hands off service, from finding the right property through to compliance, management and long term company tenants. They needed a website that explained six distinct services clearly and positioned them as specialists rather than a general letting agent.
The challenge was a high trust, high value audience. Landlords and investors, in the UK and overseas, want proof of expertise and a clear picture of how the service works before they pick up the phone.
We started with what an investor wants to know: what’s on offer, how much of the work is handled for them, and why this company. That shaped two decisions.

The homepage opens with company lets and the benefits that matter to landlords (assured rent, vetted tenants, minimal voids) before anything else.
Lay out the full service in one view.
Sourcing, management, refurbishment, consultancy, company let setup and social housing each get a clear block, so visitors see the complete hands off offer at a glance.
Visual direction.
Playfair Display serif headings with Roboto body text, a dark, premium palette of black and charcoal, and confident layouts suited to an investor audience.
