Nooria Villas

Luxury villa website design for private residences in Marrakech

A new website for Nooria Villas, a collection of fully serviced private villas in Marrakech supported by a UK-based team. The site needed to feel as considered as the stays themselves, and make it easy for families and groups to plan a visit and get in touch.

The brief

Nooria Villas offers something different from a typical holiday let, private residences with their own pools and gardens, professionally managed on the ground and supported by a team in the UK. They came to us needing a website that would communicate that difference immediately, present each villa properly and give guests the confidence to enquire about a stay in another country.

The challenge was positioning. Nooria is not competing on price with rental listings, so the site had to sell the experience and the reassurance of a UK point of contact, not just the rooms.

Our approach

We started with how guests actually choose a villa abroad: they want to see it, picture the stay and trust who they are booking with. That shaped three decisions.

Lead with the experience.
A full-width hero slider puts the pools, gardens and Moroccan architecture first, with headlines that name what guests are looking for: luxury private villas in Marrakech.

Say clearly what Nooria is.
The opening section states the offer in plain terms and draws the line between a rental and a private residence experience, so visitors understand the positioning within seconds.

Visual direction.
An elegant serif paired with clean sans serif body text, a navy and warm cream palette that lets the photography lead, and generous spacing that feels calm and premium rather than busy.
